My story
I'm a senior Dynamics 365 and Power Platform technical consultant with 7+ years of experience delivering CRM solutions in insurance, the public sector, energy and IT services. I've worked as an independent consultant since 2022.
I take projects from requirements and solution design through development, integration and automated deployment. My technical work (C# plugins, PCF controls, Azure integrations and CI/CD with Azure DevOps) goes hand in hand with understanding the business, which makes me the link between stakeholders and development teams.
I'm used to taking technical ownership in both large and small teams, and I enjoy coaching junior consultants.

At Savaco I'm the technical lead on a Dynamics 365 Field Service and Contact Center project, and I'm growing into the solution architect role. I designed the CI/CD setup, from the branching strategy to the release pipelines in Azure DevOps, and the integrations with external systems: Vintecc for AI image recognition and Solvice for route optimization. I also designed the plugin framework the team builds on, and I coach the junior developers. Out of this work came Peregrine, my own tool to replace XrmToolBox: a modern interface, and the features XrmToolBox is missing.

AG Insurance
Senior Dynamics 365 technical consultant
For AG Insurance I worked on Dynamics 365 Customer Service and Contact Center, and on Dynamics 365 Marketing (now Customer Insights – Journeys) for training and events. I ran the functional analysis and technical design, automated processes with C# plugins, JavaScript, Power Automate and Azure Integration Services, and led the data integration and migration. I also set up the CI/CD pipelines in Azure DevOps, trained end users and supported adoption.

Through C-Clear Partners I worked for District09, the IT partner of the City of Ghent, on new and existing Dynamics 365 implementations. I migrated the solution from on-premises to the cloud, automated processes with Power Automate and built the custom logic in C# plugins and JavaScript. I also helped design the to-be processes and coached junior team members.

For ICity Brussels I worked on integration with Azure Integration Services. I built Logic Apps workflows that connect Dataverse with the surrounding systems, and deployed them as infrastructure as code with ARM templates, so every environment is set up the same way.
