Contact form

When you use the contact form, we receive your name, email address and message. We use them only to answer your question and for any follow-up you ask for, on the basis of the steps you ask us to take and our legitimate interest in replying (GDPR Article 6(1)(b) and (f)). We keep your message for as long as we need it to handle your question and at most 12 months after our last contact. The form is processed by Formspree Inc. (United States), which forwards your message to us by email; the spam check is done by Cloudflare Inc. (United States). Both receive data under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or the EU's standard contractual clauses. The website, and the unsubscribe list described below, are hosted by Hostinger in the EU.

To keep out spam, the form uses Cloudflare Turnstile. It checks that the form is sent by a person and not by a bot.

Website statistics

We use Google Analytics 4 to see how the site is used, but only after you give consent in the cookie banner. Without consent, nothing is loaded. You can change your choice at any time. More detail in our Cookie policy.

Prospecting: when we contact your company

We collect business contact details of companies from public sources, namely the company's own website and the Crossroads Bank for Enterprises (KBO/BCE). We only email legal persons (companies) at an impersonal address such as info@ or contact@, never personal mailboxes, and never sole traders without their consent. We send a limited number of business emails about our services, and every email contains an unsubscribe link.

What we store

• Company name
• Generic business email address (such as info@ or contact@)
• Sector
• Municipality
• Date of contact
• A short reference code used in the links in our email, so we can see whether the example website was visited

Legal basis

We do this on the basis of our legitimate interest in offering our services to businesses (GDPR Article 6(1)(f)).

How long we keep it

At most 12 months after our last contact, unless a business relationship follows.

Your right to object

You can object at any time, without giving a reason, via the unsubscribe link in every email or by writing to info@crxpartners.be.

We then put you on our suppression list. That list holds only the reference code from the link and the date you unsubscribed, so we never contact you again.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the following rights over your personal data:
