AI agents & assistants
An assistant that answers, books and follows up, so you don't have to pick up the phone mid-job.
Customer: Hi, do you have a slot for a first appointment next week? My back has been stiff for days.
Practice assistant: Of course. Tuesday at 9:30 or Thursday at 17:00 are free. Shall I book Thursday and send you the intake form?
Booked for Thursday 17:00, confirmation and reminder sent
The phone always rings at the wrong moment
“Customers call while I'm with a client or on site, and I can't pick up.”
“I answer the same five questions every day: prices, opening hours, is there still a slot.”
“Requests that come in at night are cold by the time I read them in the morning.”
Assistants that do the work
We build each agent around your own information and your way of working. We start small: one task that saves you time straight away.
Website assistant
Answers questions from your own information, day and night, and books appointments straight into your calendar.
Quote intake agent
Asks the right questions, collects photos and measurements, and sends you a complete request that is ready to price.
Email & phone assistant
Sorts incoming requests, flags what is urgent and drafts replies for you to approve before anything goes out.
Enterprise agents
Copilot Studio agents inside Dynamics 365 and Microsoft 365, working on your customer data within your security model.
Your data stays in a Microsoft environment that is yours or that we set up for you in Europe. The agent only answers from information you approve, and hands over to a person when it isn't sure.

Questions we often get
It depends on the scope: one assistant for one task is a different project from agents across your whole team. After the free digital check you get a fixed price, so there are no surprises.
A first assistant for one task is usually live within a few weeks. Larger projects with several agents or system connections are planned in phases, so you see results early.
No. A website assistant works without it. If you already use Microsoft 365, we connect the agent to your Outlook calendar, mailbox and Teams, so the work lands where you already are.
Your data stays in a Microsoft environment that is yours, or that we set up for you in Europe, and is not used to train public AI models. The agent only uses information you approve, and we set it up with GDPR in mind: a clear privacy notice, limited retention and access only for the people who need it.
The agent answers only from your approved information and says so when it doesn't know. Then it hands the question over to you. We test it with your real questions before launch, and you can review the conversations afterwards.
Yes. Prices, opening hours and FAQs live in a place you can edit, such as a SharePoint list or a simple document. We make bigger changes for you as part of support.
