Customer: Can you hold Saturday 15 May for our wedding? We'll be about 120 guests.

Booking assistant: Done. De Schuur is held for you for 7 days. You'll get a reminder before the option ends, and the team confirms everything personally within one working day.

Option logged, reminder planned and a task for the team

Sound familiar?

The same steps, by hand, every day

“I spend my evenings sending reminders and chasing quotes.”
“Requests come in through the website, email and the phone, and some fall through the cracks.”
“We type the same data into Excel, our accounting and Outlook.”
What we build

Flows that do the routine work

We map one process with you, automate the repetitive steps and keep a person in charge wherever a decision is needed. We start with the step that costs you the most time.

Reminders and follow-ups

Automatic reminders for appointments, expiring options, unpaid invoices or maintenance, and a nudge to you when a quote has gone unanswered.

Intake and approvals

Forms and emails turned into a request that lands with the right person, with an approval step in Teams or Outlook and a clear trail of who decided what.

Document generation

Quotes, order confirmations, contracts or reports filled in from your data as Word or PDF, saved in SharePoint and sent for you.

Your tools in sync

Data that moves between Excel, SharePoint, Outlook and your accounting software, so you enter it once and it is right everywhere.

Every flow gets error handling, retries and an alert to a named person when something fails, so nothing breaks silently. We document what each flow does and who owns it.

See it working

A venue where options and reminders run themselves

Our demo site for a fictional party venue lets a visitor put an event together, see an indicative price and take an option on a date. Behind a site like this, flows log the option, plan the reminders and give the team a task to confirm. The site runs on demo data.

  • A step-by-step request with date, room, menu and an indicative price
  • An option on the date, held for a fixed number of days
  • The follow-up a flow takes over: confirmation, a reminder before the option ends and a task for the team

How it connects

Power Automate in the middle of your tools

A flow waits for something to happen, such as a new form, an email or a changed row, and then does the next steps in the tools you already use.

  • Microsoft FormsIntake forms for customers or colleagues, as the start of a flow.
  • OutlookEmails and calendar items read, sorted and sent for you.
  • TeamsApprovals and notifications where your team already works.
  • SharePointLists and documents as the shared memory of your processes.
  • ExcelSpreadsheets read and updated, without copy and paste.
  • Your accountingCustomers and invoices synced through the package's connector or API, where one is available.

FAQ

Questions we often get

  • It depends on the number of steps and systems involved. After the free digital check you get one clear scope and a fixed price.

  • A single flow is often live within one or two weeks. Processes that touch several systems take longer; we deliver them step by step, so you save time early.

  • For most flows, yes. Power Automate with standard connectors such as Outlook, SharePoint, Excel and Teams is included in most Microsoft 365 business plans. Premium connectors, for example to some accounting packages or databases, need a Power Automate Premium license. We tell you up front.

  • Every flow we build has error handling: it retries where that makes sense and sends an alert with what went wrong to a named person. We also watch the run history, so a broken connection or an expired password gets noticed quickly.

  • Often, yes. Many accounting packages have a Power Automate connector or an API. If there is neither, we look for a safe alternative, such as a structured export. We check this in the free digital check, before you commit to anything.

  • Flows run in your own Microsoft tenant and only move data between the systems you approve. Data loss prevention policies can block connectors you don't want, and we document which data goes where.
