A small team is usually set up within a few weeks. We plan the switch of email and files around your work, often in an evening or at the weekend, so you don't lose a working day.
For many small businesses Microsoft 365 Business Premium fits best, because it includes conditional access, Intune and Defender for Business. Business Basic or Standard can be enough if you don't need to manage devices. We check what you have and advise without overselling.
Microsoft keeps the service running and keeps deleted items for a limited time, but that is not the same as a backup you control. A separate backup protects you against mistakes, a departing employee or ransomware.
Copilot shows people what they already have access to, so it is only as safe as your permissions. We first tidy up sharing and access in SharePoint, OneDrive and Teams, so Microsoft 365 Copilot, a separate add-on license, can be switched on safely.
Your data stays in your own Microsoft 365 tenant, which for Belgian businesses is normally stored in Europe. MFA, managed devices and clear permissions are the practical basics GDPR expects, and we document them so you can show what you have done.
