Customer: Hi, what's the status of my request OFA-2610-0412? We need the parts before the end of the month.

Customer portal: Your request is with your account manager, and the quote is due within two working days. You'll see every update here in the portal.

Sound familiar?

Excel, email and paper don't scale

“Our schedule lives in one Excel file, and only one person really understands it.”
“Approvals get lost in someone's inbox, and nobody knows who is waiting on whom.”
“Customers call to ask about their order, because they can't see the status anywhere.”
What we build

Apps your team actually uses

We build on Power Platform inside your own Microsoft tenant: apps for the field and the office, flows that move work along and portals for your customers. Want the technical depth first? Our Power Platform expertise page goes into the details.

Field app for jobs and checklists

Jobs, files, photos and checklists on a phone or tablet, also with a weak connection. Your technicians fill it in on site and the office sees it straight away.

Approvals and requests

Leave, purchases, quotes or expense claims: one flow sends each request to the right person, with reminders and a clear history in Teams or Outlook.

Customer and partner portals

A Power Pages portal where customers submit requests, follow the status and download documents, with sign-in and access to their own data only.

Governance that keeps it maintainable

Separate environments for development, test and production, data loss prevention (DLP) policies and solutions under version control, so apps don't become a new kind of shadow IT.

Everything runs in your own Microsoft tenant and stays yours: documented, handed over and built with standard Power Platform components, so your own IT or another partner can take over.

See it working

A B2B quote request that lands in Dataverse

Our demo site for a fictional machine-parts maker shows a quote request with drawings that becomes a record, a follow-up task for the account manager and a status the customer can follow. All on demo data.

  • A structured request form with drawings and attachments
  • A replay of what happens behind the scenes: Dataverse record, confirmation email and follow-up task
  • A status the customer can follow, the way a Power Pages portal shows it

FAQ

Questions we often get

  • It depends on the scope: one approval flow is a different project from an app for your whole field team. After the free digital check you get one clear scope and a fixed price.

  • A first app or flow for one process is usually live within a few weeks. Larger solutions are delivered in phases, so your team works with something useful early and we adjust along the way.

  • Often not to start. Most Microsoft 365 business plans include Power Apps and Power Automate with standard connectors such as SharePoint, Outlook and Teams. Dataverse, premium connectors and Power Pages need extra licenses. We look at what you already have and tell you up front what a solution needs.

  • Dynamics 365 is a ready-made application for sales, service or field service, built on the same platform. If your process looks like one of those, starting from Dynamics 365 is often faster. If it is specific to your business, a custom Power Platform app fits better. Our Power Platform expertise page has the technical background.

  • You choose. We document everything and can train someone in your team, or we keep maintaining and extending the apps for you. Because we use standard components and solutions, you are never tied to us.

  • In your own Microsoft tenant, in the region your tenant is set up in, which is normally Europe for Belgian businesses. Access goes through your Microsoft accounts and security roles, and DLP policies decide which connectors may share data.
